Return Policy

Pawn & More will accept most merchandise purchased, if returned within 14 days of the transaction. There are some policy exceptions.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash or issued a store credit as determined by Pawn & More. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Pawn & More. Exceptions may apply (including upgraded delivery) Items much be returned with all components for a full refund.



We require a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo identification for non-returns and returns generated from purchases made with Store Credit. All returns are subject to a verification system approval.



If you purchased an item using PayPal, you’ll receive a shipping label via email to print, attach and drop off your return item at the UPS store or drop-box. For more help call our store at 954-977-2002.
