Weight units are the other trap. Some buyers and older appraisals list gold in pennyweight (dwt) instead of grams. One pennyweight is about 1.555 grams, and 20 pennyweight make a troy ounce, so convert a dwt quote before you compare it with a gram quote. - Lake Worth Beach, Lantana, Boynton Beach and Delray Beach: I-95 South to Exit 36 as well, roughly 20 to 35 minutes depending on where you start.

What to bring from Palm Beach County
- A valid government-issued photo ID. Florida law requires one for every sale and every pawn. We are a licensed Florida pawnbroker under Chapter 539 of the Florida Statutes, so every purchase is recorded the way state law requires, with your photo ID on file.
- All of your gold in one bag. Broken chains, single earrings, bent rings, dental crowns and pieces with no stamp are all fine, and there is no need to clean them first.
